Planning a holiday should be nothing but a pleasure. But we know that life, sometimes, has other plans. That's why we created Flex & Relax: the rate that lets you lock in the best available price — up to 20% off compared to the refundable rate — without giving up peace of mind.

Because if something were to go wrong due to a documented unforeseen event of a medical nature or a travel cancellation, we will refund 80% of the total amount paid. Directly from us, no intermediaries.

How does it work?

•Book with the Flex & Relax rate and enjoy a discount of up to 20% compared to the refundable rate, varying based on the stay period chosen

•In the event of a documented unforeseen circumstance — medical reasons or a verified travel cancellation — send us the relevant documentation within 14 days of the event and we will refund 80% of the total amount paid, directly and without complications

Depending on the selected board basis, the rate includes:

•Accommodation in the chosen room type

•Breakfast from 07:30 to 10:00, with a rich sweet and savoury buffet and artisanal pastries

•Lunch from 12:30 to 14:00 and dinner from 19:30 to 21:00, with a rich buffet of appetisers, vegetables, fruit and desserts, plus first and main courses served at the table, with a choice of fish, meat or vegetables (drinks included)*

•A dedicated menu for the youngest kids (plain pasta, rice, vegetable purée and baby food) and for older children (pasta with tomato sauce, ragù or pesto, chicken cutlets, hamburgers, chicken nuggets, fish fingers and French fries)

•Beach service with 1 umbrella, 2 sunbeds and a beach towel (from June to September, starting from the 6th row)

•Access to the swimming pool (from June to September)

•Equipped play area, both indoors and outdoors

•Welcome gift at check-in: felt-tip pens, crayons, spade and bucket and other gadgets

•The "Le Coccole di Charlie" programme, designed for children aged 0 to 3, includes the following complimentary services (until September):

• Nursery Club with a certified childcare educator, available from 10:00–12:30 and 16:00–18:30 (from mid-May to mid-September; booking at check-in directly with the Nursery team)
• Dedicated entertainment area
• La Saponaria organic product kit (upon request): 2-in-1 bath wash, soothing cream and nappy-change paste
• Special in-room equipment available on request (changing table, baby bath, cot and everything needed to enjoy the holiday worry-free). The full list is available upon request from the reservations office.
• HiPP organic baby food station, accessible 24/7, plus an early meal service so little ones can eat before the restaurant opens
• "Nati per Leggere" project: a weekly reading session with a dedicated educator

•Mini and Junior Club (ages 4 to 11), with a rich entertainment programme alongside mascot Charlie and the animation team: beach sports tournaments (beach volleyball and beach tennis), Capture the Flag challenges, afternoon snacks, creative workshops, baby dance, themed evening shows and much more (until September)

•Bicycle rental for the whole family (subject to availability)

*Drinks included with meals from dispensers: water, wine, beer and soft drinks (Coca-Cola, orange soda, etc.)
