An elegant reading corner with a fireplace, a Bang & Olufsen audio system and a Smart TV complete a space designed for relaxation and conviviality. Motorised blinds allow guests to modulate the natural light and set the perfect mood at any time of day.
The Archilinea eat-in kitchen represents the ideal meeting of aesthetics and functionality. It is equipped with high-end Gaggenau appliances, separate fridge and freezer, an ice maker, a wine cooler and three ovens dedicated to different cooking techniques: microwave, fan-assisted and steam.
The two bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, are conceived for deep, restorative rest: premium Dorelan mattresses with toppers and Tempur pillows, because sleep too should be an experience. The 13 sqm study overlooking the sea and the city offers a workspace of rare quality and quietude.
The true centrepiece of the residence, the 360-degree panoramic terrace wraps around the entire penthouse, offering a unique perspective over the Adriatic and the Marche hills.
